Terms & Services – Artwork Condition & Final Sale Policy

Nature of Our Pieces.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that many of our items—particularly artwork—are previously owned, vintage, or pre-loved. Each piece has been selected with care and has lived a life in art lovers’ homes. As such, items may show light wear, age-related patina, or minor imperfections consistent with their history and character. These qualities are not considered defects but rather part of the charm, authenticity, and story of the piece.


Condition Disclosure

Any significant damage that materially affects the presentation or integrity of an item will be clearly disclosed prior to sale. We make every reasonable effort to accurately represent condition through descriptions and photographs. Minor variations, subtle wear, or small imperfections that do not significantly alter the overall appearance or function of the piece may not be individually noted.


Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for: Normal wear consistent with age or prior ownership Minor imperfections not classified as significant damage, Differences in appearance compared to similar examples of the same item.


Shipping Damage Exception & Goodwill Resolution

If damage occurs specifically during shipping, or if you believe an item’s condition materially differs from what was disclosed, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If you receive your order and the package arrives damaged in any way, take detailed photos of all sides BEFORE opening. This is to corroborate that any damage to your purchase was in fact the result of mishandling by the carrier or delivery service and necessary to facilitate any insurance and/or return claims.


While sales remain final, at our discretion and as a gesture of goodwill, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

A replacement of the same item, if available,

or An additional piece of our choosing, shipped at no cost to you, intended to reasonably offset any perceived loss of value compared to an example of the purchased item without damage beyond what was disclosed.


No cash refunds or partial refunds will be issued.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Services, including our final sale and condition policies.
